It is like an outlet shopping center with many small shops located on 4 floors, you can find H&M or Zara clothes with very cheap prices. on -1 floor, on the left next to the stairs, they sell underwears at 2-4 Turkish Lira. I have seen some of them in H&M store at 10€.
